takes food beverage ders from guests written relays the der to kitchen staff bartender as appropriate.
processes guests ders in a timely manner whilst verifying that all items are prepared accding to guests requests stards, offering a friendly caring service at all time.
keeps a discreet eye on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food service, anticipates responds to any additional requests to determine when the course/meal has been completed.
presents the check to the guests accding to the outlet stards. upon acceptance of payment, refers checks payment to the cashier f closing. returns the copy of the closed check, credit card slip change to the guests, as appropriate.
sets up tables f each course accding to the outlet stards. during the meal, after each course, removes dirty dishes silverware from table changes ashtray (1 butt only) upon needs. after the meal, cleans resets the table.
during lower occupancy of the outlet, assists with stocking the wk stations, polishing silverware from table folding napkins.
